Postal EMS customs tax in cebu

hello,

Does anyone know how much tax we will pay for packages sent via EMS from outside Philippines
at the cebu post office?
if the package declared value is worth 100$-500$ or more?

such as electronics.

i have tried receiving ems from thailand that was more less $200

Everytime there's a package for us sent via EMS, the post office sends us a notice and a text message informing us to pick up the package and pay a certain amount. The figures vary every time. We paid 100+ pesos for the largest and heaviest package. Wala lang mi ka-check sa declared value but the box contained DVDs and clothes. All items were declared.
