Any solution on my PC

the problem is

1. during power on the desktop have warning error about something missing file "Windows cannot find documents. make sure you typed the name correctly, and then try again. To search for file, Click Start button, and then clcik."

2. if i go to System properties on MY COMPUTER i cannot open the hardware DEVICE MANAGER.

3. If i type GPEDIT on RUN same Warning appear on problem number 1, Windows cannot find GPEDIT.

Any solution to this problem, Is this related to virus? or system not properly installed...........

please advice me.

actually it's suppose to be GPEDIT.MSC

When did this happen? after you installed the OS? or old na imo OS and karon lang ni happen ?

try visiting malwarebytes.org. Download and install the free malwarbytes program.. Scan your system..

mao na akong gamitun for anti-malware.. or try downloading any free ANTI-MALWARE programs.

Don't forget to update first the malwarebytes' malware database before scanning.. ^_^

my friend had that same problem last week...it was a trojan...detected by using Comodo Internet Security...adto lang sa comodo.com & download it...free ra...

i format my pc last week tungod lang sa Internet nga mag wala2x, then after the installation ingon ani na. I use avast anti virus

reformat bro, disconnect internet unya na ibalik if mataud na nmo virus scanner(ayaw nang FREE kai sometimes d maka detect), then update it before doin anything else sa computer..

ni try ko subay mga ingon ani sa una sa ako clients. daghan malware/anti-spyware ako gamit.. tanan maka detect, ma remove pero balik gihapon.


anyways suggestion ra ni ako, to minimize time troubleshooting the problem.

sir, please check sa imong registry (if maka open paka) then locate
HKLM>SOFTWARE>MICROSOFT>WINDOWS>CURRENT VERSION>RUN then delete those that aren't needed
HKCU>SOFTWARE>MICROSOFT>WINDOWS>CURRENT VERSION>RUN then delete those that aren't needed
HKCU>SOFTWARE>MICROSOFT>WINDOWS>CURRENT VERSION>POLICIES>EXPLORER make sure na wala key/value sa right side niya, if naa, e delete lang then restart.
