    i am once a part of the eperformax family and that is actually the reason why i resign from that company, because of the unpaid OT and the management.. they don't know how to value their employees.. very demanding pa jud.. it's like that they are treating their employees as robots.. bwesit jud kaayu.. pag resign gani nko, naa unta koi madawat na last pay na 19k but because sa training liabilities daw kay la na koi makuha.. la pud gani ko nahatagan ug refund para sa tax contribution nga naa man daw unta na supposedly.. hahay! i won't recommend that company to my friends jud..

    and regarding sa complains, aware naman ang mga SUPs, it's has something to do with the management.. kay kung unsai mando sa mngt. la na mai mkapalag..

    hala hehehe can u expound? heheheh...nah gitawagan jud ko ani nila sa phone but wa nako ma tubag pag tawag nako balik sa landline kay landline man ang ni patak sa akong cp emax jud.

    worth it ba kaha nako biyaan akong company karon sa for sa emax?

    EPERFORMAX definitely pays any OT for their agents... Eperformax is an employee friendly company.. it can be the clients that are bugging the agents, callcenter agents usually resign not just because they're not receiving what they expect but usually the reason is "KA KAPOY ANI OI, HUWATON NALANG NAKO ANG 13th MONTH." When they're already resigned, MAKIT- AN RASAD SA IT PARK or anywhere na nai CAllCENTER kay ni apply napud.. Callcenter clients give out changes or rules anytime they want, if DILI GANAHAN ang agents, complain-complain-complain daun resign.. mao na most callcenter agents wajud padulngan, cge rang INTRO, pila ra cguro sa callcenter population ang ni grow... actually usa ko aning mga hilig ug INTRO, karon lang ko ka realize

    sooos eperformax.. grabe kaayo mo take advantage sa mga empleyado.. saun nanginahanglan man sad ta gud so antos lang kung asa kutob ang utong.

    top ranking WORST callcenter company based on experienced.. ive hopped a couple of times already... this company is unbelievable!

    ahaka.. naglumba mi sa emax.. hapit nako nila i-term.. kai wa daw ko ni perform.. unsaon pagperfrom na nagleave man ko. for 2 weeks. gi count pa jud to nila. zero kuno akong score or sumthin. ahak. ipa graceful exit nlng ta ko nila at the very least oi, ni render na btaw ko ug 30 day resignation.. geh naaah bahh... 2 years na btaw ko diwiiiii... T_T
