A lot of people think that the Bible is imperfect, and it is true only because the Bible as we have it right now, has been re-written many times, has been translated many times, by many different people, resulting to variances in meaning, and has been interpreted and understood by many different people in many different ways. The original text of the Bible was written by different prophets, in their own time, as dictated by God, through the spirit of prophecy, and as such, must be read and understood through the same spirit. In my opinion, no highly intellectual being can ever get the true meaning of what the Bible teaches, without the guidance of God himself, who is the true author. A simple man, with an education just enough to allow him to read, can understand the entirety of the Bible if guided by God.
So, can science and bible both be correct? my answer is both YES and NO. Yes and No because Science can teach correct ideas and principles, but not all the time. The bible, too, can give us correct knowledge, but only if it has been properly written, translated, interpreted and understood through the guidance of the Spirit, which is God, without which, contention, misconception, deception, confusion and misunderstanding will result.
