I did not push thru with the purchase of those 2 from knp anymore, i just got 3 small ones and a chagoi from them. My large fish I got from koi hob, 5 females and 1 male ranging from 40cm-70cm. The 70cm is a yamabuki I bought personally from Russell's old stock, very nice guy I must say!

My 70 ton pond is doing well, Russell helped me install some UVs and a bio filter, but no formal mechanical filtration. Fish seem to be liking the abundant algae in the surface area of the pool, their colors improved as well. So far 12 fish in 70 tons seem to be working.

WOW ang hirap pala mag picture ng fish! They get distorted and the lighting is bad! Do you guys have any tips?

Here's my pool converted into a pond. Looks green because my tiles are white, pasensya na. But the water is supposed to be clear. Algae- great for the fish, bad for the viewer, hehehe!

I do hope these fish are happy despite the absence of a mechanical filter, but my bio filter is HUGE!

This is my 70cm yamabuki with a maruten kohaku that has a number 6 shaped maruten. Both from KOI HOB

The other maruten kohaku with the yamabuki. Also from KOI HOB. Her head got distorted in the pic

A pic of the gang, the smaller fish are almost impossible to take pics of. That distorted fish in the front is perhaps the best fish I have, a one step kohaku with great pattern, color and body. According to Russell parang yan lang daw binayaran ko and the rest are free hehehe.

There's another matsunosuke fish there somewhere, a really beautiful sanke. Was supposed to one of the best in the latest batch, but turned out to be male. As a beginner I could not resist. He is my best patterned and colored fish. Yun lang, male siya.

    A really fat hi showa
