    I mean if you want to build muscles, you need to have enough protein intake. Dba? Yeah, sakto. It's with what you eat but dapat naa sakto content imo gkaon. Bisag mukaon kag usa ka kilo nga bugas ug usa ka barrel nga utan dili mudako imong lawas ana. Mao ang gamit sa supplements bro. Bisag kinsa imong i.ask nga ga workout. Workingout is like killing muscles tissues, luoy if wala supplement, di mka bawi.

    @CaseyR.: ako sad, i need supplements kay di man tarong ako kaon..usahay 2-3x a day ra ko mokaon mao di jud ko mugain ug weight..wala jud koy discipline about eating and I dont find eating pleasureable as well..and usa pa I live on my own mao di ko kakaon tarong..

    I also started recently sa gym. though I can only go to the gym once a week. i still dont have a program. i just ask the trainer whats next. Maybe I should get serious with this gym thing.

    I'm reducing and rearranging right now.
