    WoW. nice ni. mag powerlifter ka bai? powerlifter ko sa una sa states. nindot ni bai. bench press 80-90? apil na ang bar ana or wala?

    unsa na diay program mo kay dili ka nman powerlifter.

    dili pa apil ang bar.
    45lbs Left plate - 45lbs Right plate - ??lbs Bar.

    aw military press ta ako pasabot na 40lbs lng, saon man nko pag increase ani upryt row ug side lateral raise?
    akong bench ok pman guro 70lbs na payts nman guro sa ako weight
    squat rman ug deadlift ang steady na increment guro nko 140lbs sa squat 120lbs sa deadlift

    lisud gud increase sa weight basta deltoids kay gmay ra na sya na muscle..try na lang increase sa reps mga 12-15 pero ayaw sad ioverwork na imo shoulder kay dali ra kaau mainjure ang shoulder muscles especially kanang rotator cuff muscles underneath sa deltoids..and besides, maapil man sad ang imong anterior (front) deltoids during chest exercise and ang posterior (rear)deltoids during back exercise..

    Lain na akong program karon bai. Chest tricep, rest, Back bicep, rest, Legs and shoulders rest then superset day. total 4 days a week.

    Sa chest mao ni ako buhaton.

    Bench press 5x10,8,6,4 then drop set until d na kaya.
    Incline Dumbbell press 3x10x8x6
    Weighted dips daun 3x10,8,6
    Dumbbell flyes 3x10,8,6
    Tricep extension daun..

    Usually in ani akong mga exercises. about 80% kay compound exercises.. dili ko ganahan isolation kay dili kapoyon ako lawas. bati an ko. i rely on my compound exercises for my minor body parts.. Pero nindot na imong program bai.. If you can add bai. Clean press. mao jud na the best for power lifting.

    Kapoya pd work out wla supplements uy. dba mga bro? dali au luya and poor recovery. way gamit lagi.
