discrimination against widows or divorced women is very high in countries na supposedly "religious".. but in 1st world countries where religion has very little say on this (kay mostly equal naman status sa man/woman), divorced women or widows even have higher income..

this is still a very new field of study though.. social psychology/anthropology is a new field in science.. but sooner or later, we'll have lots of social polls to back up such claims..
