The ARMM idea was bad from the start, what should have been done was an all out war like they did in Sri Lanka. I beg to disagree. Millions and millions are poured in that part of Mindanao. The question is, it went straight into the pocket of their leaders.

This self determination thing is again used by the seccessionist to establish an Islamic State which will only worsen the situation in the area because instead of fostering unity and co existence this will pave the way for division and discrimination.
