its only hard because wala ka idea unsaon.. but once ma picture outnimo.. it becomes very easy...

kung sa books... hmm.. go for "E-MYTH mastery" it discusses about systems.. although it wont teach you how to run your biz, it would give you an idea how a system looks like.. naa man siguro baligya sa powerbooks tag 700

kung maghimo ka system.. i advise mag sugod ka sa organizational chart.. para makita nimo unsa and jobs nga kinhanlon and unsa duties and responsibilites kada position...

daun i "departmentalize" ang imo system.. naa production group, marketing group, finance group and research group.. dont worry, while gamay pa, pwede man tag isa ra ka tao imu i place, and also, pwede pud multiple jobs ang isa ka tawo as long as makaya niya.. ang purpose sa pag "departmentalize" kay para saun ra i grow sa company, streamlined bah..

Ok lagi na nga topic.. I am very interested on this.. this is like making a feasibility study.. I have done this before when I was a student when I study a gasoline station but that was only for school requirment but I made the study more than a school requirement. The owner ask me if I could help him kaso lang nahadlok manko ato na time I was not able to disclose the result of my study.

Amorsolox this is a very good topic, I've been exposed in feasibility and marketing study, I've been attempting to pursue involving money kaso lang kulang ko sa connection for the past years focus ra kaayo ko sa work. I hope i could work with you bisag assistant lang for free I really want to unleashed my potential.

Yeah.. indeed ang pag start ra jud kuwang nako and I know that I could defy the odds.

I'll be following this thread to gain some key points, hope you will continue to share your experiences. I know along the way I could face that fear and unleashed my full potential. It's a good feeling everytime I hear someone doing the same thing that I've been thinking for the past years.

hhhmmmm this is interesting...a very smart strategy of making money without you cashing-out your own money. it's lyk the book i've read "retire young, retire rich" by robert kiyosaki...it's something about the leverage of money.
