i agree with you, don't judge the book by its cover. we will wait for the outcome once modaug cla. my hopes for these people (noynoy & mar) is to give the Philippines a break, a break from all the corruptions from the past administrations starting from FVR down to GMA (ang level man gud sa corruption nisaka from FVR to ERAP to GMA, FVR level 1 pa then ERAP level 2 pag GMA ni level 3 na jud). bahala na wla kaayo improvements sa ila unya time at least ang corruption mohinay gmay kay dli man jud na ma totally mawala.

Kung walay improvements sa ila time, dili gyud na mawala ang corruption. It seems to me you have a very limited understanding of corruption and what causes it. You will be surprised that in many countries corruption simply disappeared after their economies improved. Why do you think that is so? Because the primary driver of corruption is "scarcity mentality" which in turn is caused mainly by poor economic management. If Noynoy and Mar cannot manage the economy effectively, there will be rampant corruption without a doubt. No matter how hard they try to get rid of it, it will never diminish or go away so long as the Philippines remains among the poorest countries in Asia.

But Noynoy is not Obama. Obama has a strong personality and a good leadership quality. Sadly, boy Noynoy doesn't have these two inherent qualities. That's why I'm not sold to the idea of a Boy Noynoy for President. No matter how you painted him here it doesn't convince a lot of people.
