This goes to show that Manila government cannot handle anymore the situation in Mindanao. I am OK with Federal government by the way.

Pobre kaau nga province, datu kaayo og leaders. Gabaan mo oi!

Impunity means "exemption from punishment or loss".[1] In the international law of human rights, it refers to the failure to bring perpetrators of human rights violations to justice and, as such, itself constitutes a denial of the victims' right to justice and redress.

Impunity is especially common in countries that lack a tradition of the rule of law, suffer from corruption or that have entrenched systems of patronage, or where the judiciary is weak or members of the security forces are protected by special jurisdictions or immunities.

This is an outrageous and cowardly act committed against a group of women and unarmed journalists. I learned that the wife of Mr. Mangudadatu, sensing that they would all be killed, was able to inflict a knife wound against the perpetrator - Andal Ampatuan Jr. Imagine the lose of face of a coward disguising as a tough warlord unable to defend himself against a woman right in front of his fully-armed thugs. I spit on the face of Andal Sr. with contempt and I admire the courage of Mrs. Mangudadatu. May the souls of her and her entourage rest in peace.

Why only chain the monster? They have to slaughter this monster considering the damage to the families of those killed. They have no place to live in this world!
