consider nako as marketing ng sales people so that would fall into no.1. but still, there are some rules and regulations that they must follow.. i cant say they have complete freedom..

im even more confused.. call center employee nga dili trained pero within his scope? why the hell wala gi train nga apil man diay sa iya responsibilty? thats what i call a useless employee... id fire the person who trained him/her

I'll just give you a brief FYI. You can't train someone with "everything". Especially with in the fast pace of the call center industry wherein the training period is really short. All that is taught during the "short" training period is the "basics". For example, in learning how to drive: your instructor teaches you how to go uphill - he won't ask you to go to every uphill road here in Cebu just so you'll know how. He'll teach you the techniques and you can apply those techniques for other roads that are uphill. They same goes with call center training. You are taught the basics and it's up to you to use those techniques. You are, however, provided with the necessary equipment that you can use to learn more (e.g. simulation units, internet access).

And those people who are really good at what they do (e.g. they use the basics that are taught to them to learn more "advanced" techniques) are mostly promoted to higher-level positions.

10% lang, wtf.. its like giving a man a rifle and some bullets then shipping him to the frontlines even without training.. surely gitudluan jud or atleast nlang gipabasa nlang sa product manuals..

kung ana lang diay, whats the point of calling tech support kung the only know a little bit more than you...

Pero sayop jud imung sulti na "Agenti" ko, kay every member in IMG is not an employee, we are an independent Financial Distributor and of course we have no salary, no quotas, we don't have zoning restrictions, we can build outlets/clientele any where we want, own our own time, we can leverage our own efforts by creating a big team, we represent Financial Institutions from Health, Life, Non-life, investments and real estate and we have no "ceiling income", we can build passive income if we want to.

Well for me this is the best business oppurtunity I found out, the system is already proven, the support system.

IMG is building a new industry, I work hard very much today but when I created my outlets, I could already retire. Even if I retire, I can still get my checks (which is not true in the old industry). Even when I die I could pass this business on to my children(Di gihapon ma waste akong efforts). This is not employment bro, you gotta create your own organization. I could also create residual income by creating many outlets as I can.

"I'd rather have 1% of the efforts of 100 people than 100% of my own effort" (Paul Getty). If you want to become big, find a business that can create Geometrical growth income. For me job has only a linear income, but creating outlets can make geometrical growth income. If you know how franchising works and how to get royalty income then you can understand the system of IMG.

FYI : IMG is a Financial Brokerage that uses an Outsource-Distribution business model.
You want me to define what is an Outsource-Distribution model? It is an Outsourcing company with a distribution channel. Financial Industries outsourced their services and financial products to us which is advantageous in their part because they can cut cost especially their employees salary and overhead expenses. Most companies right now want to outsourced just to cut cost.

Naa ko kaila, affluent market and corporations ilang target. Isa ka convince nila, dli na sila mubalik and they continue to earn years after. Then, ila mga agents mao namaligya and they earn with that as well. Dli ba mao mao ra? People are earning for you? Then you are still reaping the benefits sa imung mga previous sales even sa future?
