avoid coffee...
pray...
dati if i can't sleep, i plan my activities for d next day and eventually i get sleepy. If not pa jud, watch tv or read a book... something that bores you. or better yet, study ACCOUNTING! hahaha

bro, sayo ug mata then exercise. sleep early.. drink milk. mao ra na. dugan ra ug activities ba para kapuyon jd ka. wala pa gasto.

eat right do some exercise but don't fatigue yourself if you still cant sleep get up from your bed dont stay there go to the living room read something boring to make your eyes tired...or watch a boring movie this will help.it works for me i hope it will work for you..goodluck bro
