    for me...the best form of exercise is Mountain climbing...dala na tanan...cardio and strength exer...grabe maka burn ug calories..imagine carrying a a heavy load while trekking and negotiating uphill and downhill trails..tapos lain2x terrain ma-agian..and you'll walk for days..psychologically and mentally..grabe ka uplifting..it would make you a better person afterwards knowing you have conquered the challenges.....rewarding pajd ayo ky nindut ug view sa peak..and while you're there..naa ky time para mka reflect sa imo lyp..charut..hehe...and enjoy nature at its best.

    ako gidimalas...pero katong ngstart ko jogging kay ning dako ug expand ug gahi ako bagtak as in.. maka 8-10 rounds ko sauna sa abellana...ningundang nlng ko. mao mgpants rako cge...kay hantod ron wlla ning humok. naay nkabalo unsaon pagpagamay batiis? hehehe

    Dancing sad bitaw. But if ako pabut-on.. Nahan ta kog swimming pirmi but di man ko pirmi ka swimming. Ganahan ko mag-gym with my chirbot. Hehehehehe. :]
