once na illegitimate ka, la man jud ka middle name. If sa iya school records naa midlle name, mgpabuhat xa ug affidavit of discrepancy. Follow Birth Certificate man ang procedure ana. Kana mga wrong spelling sa ila BC, den correct sa ila other records magpabuhat lang na cla affidavit. Or kung gusto jud nila gmiton ang correct mao na file cla correction of entry.......
