Middle Name missing

Ask ko ninyo be unsaon ni namo... Akong gf gakuha ug NSO unya missing iyang middle name. wala man siya father gud, illegitimate. unsay among buhaton, legal solutions and steps ani.

my niece brings her mother's famly name same as her mother's middle name. so wala siya probs with her BC

same scenario wid mine..wla man sad q middle name and initial...ok raman if wla if mao jud makita sa authenticated copy sa NSO kay mao mana ang masunod jud...

para asa man diay unta na?

Tuki-unon pa na iya kaso, akoa gani 1 letter lang na sayop imbes i, e na hinuon nabutang sa akoa mid name nag file pa ko ug correction sa local registrar unya paabot pa ko 6mos man guro to para correction sa NSO kauluhan. Unya karun ok na ako BC duna na correction.

actually, if illegitimate child ka, you dont have a middle name since your last name would be ur mother's family name. you cannot use ur mother's middle name since that would create a confusion as to ur filial relationship with ur mom.. k mura na hinuon mo igsuon ana kalaki.. so sakto ra na nga wala ka middle name.. there's nothing wrong with that k illegitimate man ka..unless ge recognize ka sa imo biological father and you're using his last name..and unless legitimated child ka, i.e. nag minyo imo parents after ka na register.. kana, that's another discussion.. hehehe.. i hope this answered ur question..

same situation here, illegitimate and no middle name, ako gisunod apelyido sa ako mama since dili man kasal ako parents, ala man ko problema, tanan nako docs based on my birth certificate and no problem at all...FYI am an OFW so wala jud problema kay ila basehan tanan is your birth certificate, dili man na sila mangutana ngano wala ka middle name...

graduating man gud akong gf bro, need to fix daw before graduation.

gipangayoan man ug mga affidavit akong gf... joint affidavit ug katong isa nakalimot ko.

i think that would be joint affidavit of two disinterested persons? ngano kaya they're (the skul) making such a big fuss about it when there is nothing wrong with her birth certificate, unless naa discrepancy between her school records and the birth certificate that needs to be corrected..
