Hi to those who were quoting my responses....just don't have the luxury of time to go into the details of your post....and also i don't want my ideas to simply slip into the bins....Anyway thanks guys for browsing through the pages of this section....needless to say...in due time, another breed of entrepreneur will soon to emerge and will be posting same ideas as ours...My words of caution: Many people let questions and doubts paralyze their business plans. They believe they can’t start on a goal until they have all the answers to every “what if” scenario. However, no matter how long and hard you prepare, you will never have all the answers to the questions you ask. Additionally, most people make their decisions and/or answer their questions based on where they are right now, rather than on where they want to go or who they want to become. Always base your decisions and answer your questions with a view to the future, not a view to current situations. Your situation will change because of the decisions you make today and will dictate the success of your journey. So, move forward toward your goal knowing that you’ll never have all the answers.

ako maadvise sa mga gusto mag negosyo, is as possible, minimize your key employees and always have replacement available at all times.. kay kung di na cya ka perform nga person, mailisan daun so dili maputol imo operations.. thats why you really should invest on training.. never let employees build power bases on your company, dire magsugod ang kanang mga binuang..

never rely on people.. rely on the system.. all people within the business is just part of a system.. from the manager down to the lowest rank. must perfom their assigned tasks.. if one is not functioning, make sure thru checks and balances you can compensate fo that..

example, kung magconstruct ka balay, dont hire just one carpenter and one mason, hire 2 of both, its a little expensive but it will increase your assurance that there will be no interuptions just because one person is absent..

you as an employee.. is always replaceable.. sa kalisod sa panahon karon, daghan pa tao ganahan mo puli sa imo pwesto.. its harsh, but its reality..

Delikado ng "key employees" na term kay kuyaw ang tagiya sa negosyo pulihan. Hekhekhek.

@Hot Ice - you were right bro. layo ra kaau ang reply. oh well, cge nlang ana jud na. what can you expect from.... oh shucks, nevermind. I just remembered forum rules. no discrimination. LOL.

@AmorsoloX - yup replaceable ang employees. we know that. so? naa pa lain na argument ana? like how many times we said, we realize that, we know that. we acknowledge that. it's just that it doesnt really affect us cz we know we are good at what we do. yup you are right daghan tao nangita ug work. question is, are they as good as us? businessman kaha ka? would you really replace a good employee for a mediocre one? oh yeah i forgot you said so yourself your employees are on a need to know basis. military style na bro? LOL. I, 101%, pity the people working for you. What can I say mediocre people work for mediocre businessmen?! ??
since balik2x ka sa topic ana, balik2x pod ko sa topic na sour graping. you sound like you are the one who's sour graping around here. k cge man ka balik2x sa comments na its harsh but its reality. duh! na lay off ka sa previous jobs mo? i'm just wondering.
