Hi to those who were quoting my responses....just don't have the luxury of time to go into the details of your post....and also i don't want my ideas to simply slip into the bins....Anyway thanks guys for browsing through the pages of this section....needless to say...in due time, another breed of entrepreneur will soon to emerge and will be posting same ideas as ours...My words of caution: Many people let questions and doubts paralyze their business plans. They believe they can’t start on a goal until they have all the answers to every “what if” scenario. However, no matter how long and hard you prepare, you will never have all the answers to the questions you ask. Additionally, most people make their decisions and/or answer their questions based on where they are right now, rather than on where they want to go or who they want to become. Always base your decisions and answer your questions with a view to the future, not a view to current situations. Your situation will change because of the decisions you make today and will dictate the success of your journey. So, move forward toward your goal knowing that you’ll never have all the answers.

key employees are those people vital to your operations..

ako maadvise sa mga gusto mag negosyo, is as possible, minimize your key employees and always have replacement available at all times.. kay kung di na cya ka perform nga person, mailisan daun so dili maputol imo operations.. thats why you really should invest on training.. never let employees build power bases on your company, dire magsugod ang kanang mga binuang..

never rely on people.. rely on the system.. all people within the business is just part of a system.. from the manager down to the lowest rank. must perfom their assigned tasks.. if one is not functioning, make sure thru checks and balances you can compensate fo that..

example, kung magconstruct ka balay, dont hire just one carpenter and one mason, hire 2 of both, its a little expensive but it will increase your assurance that there will be no interuptions just because one person is absent..

you as an employee.. is always replaceable.. sa kalisod sa panahon karon, daghan pa tao ganahan mo puli sa imo pwesto.. its harsh, but its reality..

nice thread...ako callcenter agent man ko...pero wala man ko na offend...depende rajud sa mindset sa tao...and as for our professionals not able to practice in their field or degree, its not their fault, our "higher" educational system is already good but not good enough and it is not tailored to the needs of the industry and society..

i agree..i wasn't offended as well with the title..i mean nagsuggest ra man pud ang TS and i think he has good intentions about it man...we should all spend our money well since hinagun bya jud na sya.
