pero pag sugod ani kaw man mismo ang active kaayo ani nga thread diba?

i have been an avid reader on this thread and i told myself mo reply lang ko once i see peolpe get humble on what they have (if its true anyways).. i see nothing wrong to become a call center agent or maybe truth hurts to some people nga call center agents (graduate or college pa) earn way bigger than professionals, even working for 5 years already.

ako mismo i don't have much in life karon but i just don't get it why people tend to be very cautious sa mga tao nga uban..

I would like to equate engaging in business as making use of one's full potential......Most of us are used to just working in a job in order to make money that we need to survive. This is a very common concept that people are able to grasp. We are never taught how a business works so we always think that a job is the only way to make an income. Most people are afraid of the risk that comes with having a business and they rather have the guarantee that they're going to get a paycheck for the work that they putting on a weekly basis.If you're wondering why you should even start a business, one of the basis...i mean basic benefits is that profits will always be better than wages. In a business you are able to earn profit while in a job you are only entitled to wages. Even though there is a risk involved in it is worth it because you're going to be able to benefit in the long run by continuing to increase your profit.When running a business you're going to be in control of everything that is going on even though you're going to have the responsibility of the business it feels great to know that no one can tell you what to do or what not to do. When you are in a job people can tell you to go there and here and you have to do it because if not you would probably get fired. Many of us are tricked into believing that we have rights when we are working in our job but the reality of it is that you will always worry and be cautious of doing something wrong because you might get fired.This is why I find it funny that people are scared of the risk involved in business because the reality of it is that if you take the risk and fail no one is going to tell you that you did something wrong. When you're in business you have a totally different mindset because you have time to develop yourself and becoming a better person. Most of the people who work usually come home and watch TV on a consistent basis. Now you tell me how productive that is?

Typical problem with the job is – when you stop working your income stops. Moreover your job eats your time. How many times you wanted a leave but instead were rushing to your office. In your job you are working for somebody. All your labour is utilized to produce gains for the company you work. What do you get out of it? Just a monthly wage. Why do this when you can build a fortune with same amount of work or less.Business is the gateway to freedom. Be it financial freedom or freedom of time. You might be working 9 to 5 everyday and managing your family well (I hope so) but what about future. Therefore if you want freedom and security you must start a business and make it successful. If you want to stop worrying about payments and pay raises, business is the answer.

Starting your own business is a wise decision. Invest time and money (mostly time) to build up your home business until it is profitable enough for you to become a full-time, self-employed person. Please do not get me wrong. Quite a number of people are happy with their jobs as long as they can keep one. They have a routine they like. They get up and leave for job, happily exhaust their brain and energies for achieving the goals of company, return to home tired. Then they race against time to manage unmanageable household chores because job has left no time for that. They sacrifice their likings to manage the house and the kids and try squeezing time from here and there. They do get frustrated but they continue because they have been brought up with the idea of this kind of lifestyle.Their job is a continuous fuel that runs their machinery. It is never enough but they learn to manage. To trap them further there are pay raises, promotions and bonuses. They slog through whole week but can hardly wait for a weekend.They are not content but they learn to live with this discontentment. They are actually happy because they are oblivious to the fact that there are more ways to financial independence than the one they follow.Then there are other kinds who are not blinded by the job glare. These are the people who keep looking beyond their present shackles. They hate it when somebody orders them. They hate to get up at the dictated time and rush to the office. They can see their labour rewarding somebody else.These are the people who keep thinking about the financial independence and look for opportunity to get in.

But hold on...it takes a lot to go into business.....you have to be open minded...expand your horizon and try to reconfigure your inner financial blueprint.....u can set it to millions...or even billions

i think that's why we are still stuck and never move on coz of crab mentality mag-iyahay ra ta og bira sa mga tawo na naa sa taas. i think it would be much better if all of us will be united to educate people on how to use their money whether they are on a business or not.

How to have more income whether they are working or into business...

I understand your belief that in business you use your full potential. But I beg to disagree on that. Some people, though risk takers, can never do good in businesses. They are just made for the employed world and are a success at it as well. I really don't believe that having a business squeezes out the full potential in a person if he isn't made for that. Like with you guys, businessmen I mean. Although some of you have already worked as an employee, possibly taking risks in what you did before, you never succeeded at it. That's because being an employee is not really for you, so you never really achieved your full potential, but achieving it instead in your businesses. It only depends on the person.

A person who is employed can rake in as much as most businessmen does, even bigger than that.

About being worried about getting fired in a job... well, not all i guess. I for one never worried about getting fired. I managed to speak my mind out, etc. Again, it all depends on the circumstances and possibly the company. You see some people in certain companies are quite appreciative of people who take risks. Let's not generalize the business and the employed world. There are always pros and cons to each side. So let's not say, that having a business will make use of your full potential or that being employed doesn't mean you can't take risks. Some businessmen gave up doing business as well to go back to being employed. Why? Simply because they couldn't achieve their full potential there.

I am on both sides, business and being employed. My family has a biz, and I am employed. I think I must have said that in my past post. I just think that I won't be able to achieve what I want for the moment with the family business. Maybe you might say that I am not scared of taking risks at work because I have a fall back. That is not true.

As for watching tv, and being productive. I think let's not go into that. Life has its rewards. To some it might be as simple as just watching tv... to some, it might be reading all the posts here in istorya.net and posting stuff... C'est La Vie!
