aw ana diay na basta mga photoshots w/ models naa gyud diay na mga contract signan, thanks sa info Sir. What if paying client magpa portrait shot sa studio, applicable ba gihapon ni or maka claim ba gihapon ta as photographer ug ownership sa photo.

it could be princess who gave them the picture. this is a situation between mark (photographer) and princess (model).
mark should ask princess if she's the one who gave them permission to publish it...
if in case princess did sign something for mark, then mark can complain.
if wala, then princess has the right man sad siguro to use the shots maybe for her portfolio.

before complaining... try to ask the other party involved.

if ever princess did sign something and didn't give them permission to publish it... then you take actions.
there should be a standard procedure for this. thorough assessment first before implementation.
try to investigate and gather enough information as possible. you don't go to a war without a loaded gun.

In my opinion once you post it online.. its already considered as stolen... the internet is a public place man gud... and ang mga taw sa internet kay ang tibuok kalibutan... Maybe stolen is a harsh world, lets just say once you post something in the internet its like you are sharing something to the whole world, some may like it, some may not... but once the like it, there is a big possibility they'll take it since you shared it...

Think of our photos as MP3s we downloaded(legally or ILLEGALLY) from the internet. dba? well just my 2 cents...

for those who still want to post their works online especially in flickr, multiply, etc. make sure dli orig file ang i-post. some photogs post copies of pictures na save for web wherein the resolution is not as crisp as the orig photo. just my two cents.. =)
