    sit ups ug jogging pero lisud man gud if dili ke determinado. make sure nga mu commit ka nga mag diet na jud ka kay sayang imung g sugdan kung dli nimu tiwason

    Guys, slimming chuvas are just aids.. If u want to be slim, you need to have self-discipline and extra choosy sa imong ginakaon.. Minimize eating fatty foods and desserts that has high amounts of sugar.. Exercise is a must as well. Sit ups every morning helps (bisan 50 times lang, k ra?? dili pud straight!).. Pero dapat determinado pud ka magpaniwang..
