oi welcome back to the uhmmmm debate bro! bwahahaha! naa pa gihapon tanan na tawo dri na thread. LOL!
ikaw noh, maglibog jud ko nimo... always man ka mag bawi sa mga chicka nimo diri.. remember sa first threads nimo, d jud ka ganahan sa empleyado.. as in super duper di jud.. karon g retract mo na by saying di dapat ikaulaw ang empleyado.
2nd, ingon ka you can start a business with nothing.
"unsa man imu i business kung wala ka capital diba?" karon k you said naa jud capital. nag read man ko sa thread mo na starting a biz with nothing. wrong gihapon bro, k d jud sya nothing. if i remember correctly huh, and please correct me if i am wrong okay.. to get a broker's license, dba you need to pay up an amount pa like a thousand or five thousand... cash bond i think tawag ana...
d jud pwd mag business ka without capital, yes both monetary and human resource.. so it's really something isn't it? definitely not nothing.. yes, your capital was mostly your PR skills, but you required the help of others for the monetary capital as well.. (sorry if gbalik nako.. nag point out lang ko about starting with nothing... k d jud logical to start something with nothing...)
3rd, i say we have nothing against salesmen oi.. nag point out cla k lorenzoleo that he is not a real businessman jd in that sense... k agent ra intawn sya.. aw, the fancy word is financial consultant if i remember right.. meaning employed gihapon in the truest sense.. so there, we dont have anything against salesmen and sales talk... it's more like nag ask kmi niya where sya nag base ng arguments niya na mas nindot jud ang business, k he's not a businessman like you are...
speaking about that, and I'm not gonna name companies here ha... fancy words like financial consultant, financial adviser are literally just fancy words made up by the PR team of certain companies to make the employees feel as if it's a different thing.. LIke, "Oh no, we're not that 'cause we have this, we have that... we dont do this, we dont do that" Those companies studied ways on how to get people to think na different cla from other companies.. Nakasuway gani ko call center agent before and we were called, financial consultants... in truth, agents gihapon feelers lang.. hehehe.. Believe me, those are MARKETING STRATEGIES meant to engage more people in their businesses.. I know so.. I studied PR, marketing, media management and all that chuvaness...
4th, naka try naka being a call center agent? especially sales agent taking calls? I don't think so. Yes, it's true that sales people who have to sell personally get insulted to their face... But do you know that it is actually easier to convince people when you're face to face, than to convince people on the phone? Imagine, you're actually describing a product that
possibly neither of you has seen... To make things easier to understand at what I'm getting at, try mo make ligaw sa girl on the phone lang.. as in sell yourself and all sa phone lang.. no personal pa effect.. the girl would most likely say, can we continue this in person? or can we do this face to face... Dba lisod?

Also, don't even forget that with any business naa pod ka sa mercy ng economy... anytime, your business can come crashing down... a multi million or even a multi billion company can still go bankrupt.. So pareho lng sya sa employed, in that sense na, we really dont have complete control over anything...
Anyway, this is just my thoughts.. padayon sa pag debate.. hehehe
