The 1987 Constitution of the Republic of the Philippines:

Article 2 - Declaration of Principles and State Policies, Section 26:
The State shall guarantee equal access to opportunities for public service,
and prohibit political dynasties as may be defined by law.

Nagpasabot ni siya puede mag buhat ug Law to Prohibit Political Dynaties but asa naman na Law karon pila na ka tuig 22 yers na until now nabahaw na sa Congress.

ang maghimo sa law ang kanang mga sipat nato na congressmen dili presidente. mao na walay nahitabo kay gusto sila magpabilin in power. tanang anak paryente bisan walay klaro paapilon sa politika.

Sorry bro .. the framework of our Constitution failed to define the implementation of Political Dynasty. Mao na siyay resulta sa Palpak Cory Constitution nga they want to Preserve. Unsaon katong nagbuhat ana nga constitution mga Tigulang himatyon naman ... i think its not "cory constitution".... i read most of your post and still same "cory constitution".. cory has nothing to do with it so is her family... some couangco's might have influence and power those time but they can not fully influence the whole constitution...
