For me if we change to federalism there must be a provision in the constitution to allow in each state a 100% foreign ownership on corporation excluding on mining. There are region that are not capable walay mga capitalist that is why the entry of foreign investment is a must.

I agree that the poor region will stuggle in keeping up their economy but dili mana sila pasag-dan its the job of the Federal Government to make them competitive.

Its a long struggle but it is better that way para ma disiplina ang mga tawo.

Its safe man pud sa Federal System kay ang Power of the Federal Government is limited only to national issues. Dili sila maka panghilabot in each States Regulation.

Minus na ang Corruption tungod wala na makurakot bigtime ang mga Congressman ang managan nga politicain mga sincere na nga tawo. Its easy to monitor Graft and Corruption.

Its a struggle jud to run these system, very complex and loop, but its better this way than having dependent sa Imperial Manila.

Sure jud ko pinaka rich nga State ani in the Long Run ang Mindanao kay naa tanan resources which is until now is untapped. Luoy ang Visayas Region kay walay mga resources.

Maka survive jud ang Mindanao, it just have to be an island of two states each centered around the north (CDO) and on the south (Davao). By which these cities are among the most developed in mindanao.
