consultative, so sige na lang ug consult hangtod mahuman ang term...butangi...kinsa man among presidentiables open to the idea of investing more on the provinces, like kang Lito O sauna ba PROMDI approach para ma decongest ang "imperial" manila.....

^^That's Gibo's ideo... GIBO's Vision for the Probinsyanos
Empowering the Provinces for an Empowered Philippines

Imperial Manila’s greed virtually “brain drained” the best minds of Cebu, Iloilo, Dumaguete, Davao, the Ilocos Region, Bicol and Samar. Thus, all major development were focused and centered in and around Metro Manila. But when the best minds of Imperial Manila were “brain drained” by our Asian neighbors, we heard those same political pundits complain about Manila being brain drained. They didn’t realize it, that it was only their comeuppance!

Aside from the details of how we should implement federalism, increase the salary of the government officials pud diay, pero ibitay jud unta kung mangurakot. Ni donate si PGMA ug 2 months salary: Arroyo, Cabinet to give 2 months' pay for clean-up - Nation - GMANews.TV - Official Website of GMA News and Public Affairs - Latest Philippine News...

Also, federalism can give opportunities to people from other provinces to work and live there. They don't have to go to manila like its the only green pasteur they could ever find.
