pun-an pa...gipangtudlo sa skul kay wa ra katunga sa real world ...inig trabaho....as if Fresh grads kay dili ready for the realworld..tsk3x... Schools should adopt new technologies/languages that would definitely help the students to be mentally ready after graduation...

very well said.....thanks...but its the reality that I'm stating......
in this modern world....its the skills that matters most......
sad to say, most of the fresh grads were not equipped with enough skills.....
and more often than not, these people (fresh grads) tend to grab every chance to survive...
grabbing job opportunities far beyond what they've studied....ending up at callcenters...etc...

my main point: sayang kaayo if you're not practicing your profession/course...

I think you have a point sa experience required, pero there is nothing wrong in saying that "I am not that perfectly qualified for the position but i'm willing to learn".
About sa school... dili man expected na tanan ila i teach so its up to you to learn by your self, aka self-study. Even though wala gi tudlo sa usa ka school ang usa ka skill but you managed to adopt or aquire it means that you are the right candidate kay most software development companies need self- studying guys kanang ikaw ra jud maningkamot
