Mga masters naa ko pangutana nasad... naa koy fine white sand from boracay and bantayan.. and plan nako e apil sa aquarium part of the design dugay na ni sila nga sand nako, ako ni e sagul bali sa river sand para mo light gamay ang color.. Ok ra ba ni e apil nga sand?.. I read about it nga taas daw calcium and basin mo spike ang PH sa tank.. pero in my case gamay ra akong magamit.. mo accent ra siya sa substrate...

its not recommended jud sir, even if at small amount. but you can take the risk some plants can high calcium.

@all, i got a jebo canister filter, rated at 220 volts pero 50Hz. I understand 60 Hz ta dri. Its basically just a water pump in a large housing. What will happen kung ako i plug sa ato power dri?

Will it run faster or hotter? naay risk of overheating?

at first ok rana master, but in the very long period of time (very very long) mo hum inig sud sa koryente.

definitely if sand from seashores dili jud good for freshwater planted tanks.
