I stayed in the forested boundary of Agusan del Sur and Davao del Norte (Compostela Valley) for three years. Ang akong cottage naa gyod sa sulod sa forest. From the highway, musakay ka sa jeep nga kausa ra sa usa ka adlaw nga biyahe for about 30 minutes then sakay na sad ug pumpboat for one and one half hour traversing Agusan River then sakay ug logging truck for 30 minutes and after reaching the crossing, a 4 km hike inside the forest is done again before reaching my cottage. Solo lang ko didto ang my nearest neighbor is 1 and 1/2 km. away ug siya ra sang usa. At most we do huntings on Saturday and Sunday. We hunt only whenever among sud-an mahurot na ug dili sad mi makalugsong kay layo kaayo ang sibilisasyon. Kun makakuha mi ug usa ka baboy ihalas then uli na. We don't hunt for excess sa among makaon. Taga siyudad gyod ko sa Cebu pero it was the help of the Manobo tribe and some forest guards and loggers that I learned the rudiments of jungle survival.

akong ma suggest, if hair algae, you can put local shrimps. and you can add ottocinclus affinis and also SAE, make sure it's the real SAE.. naa man gud daghan ka look alike. hehehe

make sure it's a true Siamese Algae Eater..not Chinese Algae Eater nor False SAE or Flying Fox..

Hope naay maka offer ug masakyan pero kon wala gani pwede ra seguro magpakyaw ug jeep pero sa pag-uli mapugos gyod ta sakay ug habalhabal. As for your set up, kaya kaayo na nimo to bloom the plants with your ferts and gadgets. Apil lang! Ato lang ingnon nga mao ni siya ang pag start then today mao na ni siya ron ug expected mga sunod bulan gwapo na kaayo ni. Then imong butangan ug edited picture for the expected growth one month from now.

sir, speaking of manobo tribes, do u know about the manobo at Mt. Mimbahandi sa kabikiran ibabaw sa Nasipit (20km+)? grabe daw ka-nice didto (mag-ulan daw sila hail didto) pero sadly, wala pajud ko ka-adto..
also, familiar ka sa NALCO sir?

Available ko whole day Tuesday, Nov. 10, 2009. Kon mogamit mo sa welding machine OK ra diri sa balay. Libre na korente pero pagdala lang ug welding rod. Kon alanganin sa Tuesday, then pwede sa Nov. 22 to Dec. 5, kay bakasyon na nako.

Sorry but I am not familiar with the Manobo tribe of Agusan del Norte. I am aquainted only with those living in the forests of Agusan Sur. I had even slept with them and learn their tongue. But just be careful with them because of their warlike attitude.

yes i know sir..they used to go to our house sauna when my father was still a public servant.. ang uban nila NPA sauna so hadlok jud mi if mo-adto sila sa balay and adto sila matulog (some magdala firearms)..pero friendly raman sad sila..gitabangan man jud sa munisipyo ila place..most of them already surrendered na to the authorities..
