Sir pila man gyud ang ideal watts sa 5 gal tank nga HC to spread and please include CO2 bps. Ang ako man gyud im using cfl spiral 23 watts and 1bps ang HC ning spread pero naa ra gyud sa front wla mo adto sa back portion nga unta plane raman akong tank. Ako na geremoved ang small driftwood with riccia and moss. Ma igo gyud ang whole ground sa light.

@master ghundo44, sir, wala bya koy experience sa HC because of my gravel size. pero one thing is common sa HC setups sa internet. They are not high light plants but are very CO2 dependent. They will readily float away if co2 is inadequate. As to bps, wala nako nag count ana kay dili na maihap, i rely on drop checkers to see if ok ang co2 levels sa ako tank.

Kung ok ang pag carpet sa front, try making cuttings and plant them at the back. If the ones at the front arent trying to float away, ok ra cguro imo co2 at your current lighting levels.

suggestion lng sir.. try pag emmerse og HC first (propagate sah sa imong desired quantity of HC) or if ganahan ka puno dayon.. buy daghn HC. if emmerse man gud. i think mas lig.on ang HC nig butang na sah tank. in my experience....

and agree pd ko ni sir soggy...
