the queing crowd outside the terminal is i think not anymore under the jurisdiction of CSBT per se but of city hall's. But I was hoping that at least they have organized it better, sa gawas, in coordination w/ Cebu City hall. Note: IN COORDINATION W/ CITY HALL.

this is an example of bitter politics nga nka among sa atong constituents. why? if Cebu City hall could have been cooperative sa bus terminal during the height of Halloween rush, they could have fielded the police in helping the waiting passengers lining up outside. but I assume Mayor Tomas' does not want to dip his hands and help out. Just because kontra sa politika dili nlng diay mo tabang sa katawhan nga musakay sa terminal? Besides, the terminal is inside Cebu City.

Mas maayo nlng na nga hapsay ang sulod sa terminal ug gubot ang gawas kaysa gubot sa sulod ug gubot pud sa gawas. Pero much better hapsay unta ang both. Crowd control management kumbaga bah.

well, what do you expect with the Halloween rush? everybody I think want to travel to the south on the last minute na. Waiting in a long line is expected. Gone are the days when you have to pay a fixer to reserve a seat, nor mag ilog sulod sa terminal like some life and death situation...

Take the case of Comelec, kung dili pa last day deadline, mao pay ipang rehistro sa uban. ang resulta, kagubot pas lukot. Same kind of complaints. Nothing new.

ang city hall ang mocoordinate? or ang management sa southbus?? murag dapat imo sa ni timbang timbangon bro dah try to think kuno.. pananglitan naay concert sa cicc, nya daghan ang wala kasulod.. nagubot.. ang mandaue police diay mocoordinate sa nagpaconcert sobra ra sad na...

dili sala sa cebu city kung nahitabo nga dili effective ang southbus last week.... cebu city will give personnels when needed the more when ask.. its not a matter of jurisdiction its a matter of doing what is needed... cant the capitol itself deploy its own personnel for the crowd control

i think it is much safer nga adto mag tapok sa sulod compared sa gawas. mas piligro man sa gawas unya maka cause pud og grabeh nga trafik. sa sulod, hinay ra man managan ang mga bus kai apiki sa lugar so mas safer jud siya. saon, ang ila style bahala og gubot sa gawas unya hapsay sa sulod kai mao raman ang ila jurisdiction.

if the terminal was well-managed INSIDE, there will be less of a queue or none at all OUTSIDE, PERIOD!

Moreover, if gamay ra ang space sa terminal para sa volume of passengers, they could have expanded the terminal in anticipation or prioritized the commuters over the stall tenants basta naa lang security and limpyo na banyo, OK na.

If people knows na wala'y kan-anan sa sulod sa terminal, then mokaon or mag baon na sila daan before mag biyahe.

Political will ra jud ni bro. Especially like csbt nga enclosed terminal, pareha ra jud ang set-up sa una, naa entrance gate for buses nga mobayad ang conductors sa nagbatay(usually 2 people as i observed) sa entrance gate as parking fee para sa mga buses nga mag-oras. If naa cla political will sa una, why man diay ila e-inspect daan ang bus sa entrance pa lang kung naa ba mga tawo nga nagreserved ug seats unya ila panaugon? It doesnt take them two minutes to check each bus. If nahimo nila karon nga making sure walay mag-reserve2 ug seats, why man sa una wala? Tungod ba sa tag-5 kunohay or another superfacial reasons?? Does it mean ni dli nila mabuhat if walay 5 nga entrance fee, same as their reason nga for security? Kung walay 5pesos walay security??
For me kanang air-conditioned terminal superfacial ra kaau na, kay dili pareha sa airport nga we have to be there much ahead of time kay we have pre-scheduled time of flight, mas comprehensive ang security check, naa pa check-in sa passengers ug baggages, unya mas daghan passengers ang daghan baggages compared to bus terminal. Unya ang bus passenger mianha sa terminal dli magpa-aircon in the 1st place, but mosakay sa bus. Im sure if dli lang pugong-pugongan, ang pasahero mas mo-prefer nga adto maghulat kanus-a molarga ang bus inside the bus mismo kaysa magpa-aircon kunohay sa terminal.
