After going to Kahugan then kon lig-on pa ang tuhod balik ta sa Lanipao and visit this resort. Ibabaw pa ni adtong waterfalls sa among first visit. This resort is own by the Cabucos Family nga operator sa Richielda Taxi. Naay entrance nga tag P50 per head ug tag P150 nga cottage. This is the place

Likod sa pool kay may sapa. Akong gisubay pero native crabs lang ang makita. Daghan ra ba nga crabs pero ingon ang mga bata naa kuno shrimps pero pangitaon lang. For sure naa makuha rocks and driftwoods. Kon gusto mo ug rocks nga unifor ug color and texture then pwede ra makakuha ining ilang gipang-buak.

Kon dili pa matagbaw then hala alsaha ning gi pile nila nga mga binuak nga rocks

hala...kah nice ue...hay'z... dili ko kah kuyog...

It's been a while since my last FOFAL post but here's another interesting fact about one of the oddest
local goby species called the "Crazy Fish"

I have first seen this fish in an online petstore based in the U.S. and I got curious to see the review
of those who are keeping it. Turns out that the people who are selling it are importing it straight from
the Philippines and other Asian countries. This fish is called Crazy mainly because it sometimes swims
upside down when feeding and when dwelling on the water surface. The fish belongs to the Eleotridae
    family or the Sleeper gobies.

The ACE trekkers, myself included, has encountered and collected specimens of this species in the river
mouth of "Bagatayam". Those who kept them were amazed with the fish' unique behavior and charateristics.

This fish is a testament to the Philippines rich biodiversity that is continously destroyed. Hopefully,
ACE can come up with a plan to lend a hand in the preservation of our local species.

    COMMON NAME:
Crazy Fish, Crocodile Fish, Duckbill sleeper and Upside down Goby

    MANALILI/MAGALLANES NAME:
    None

    LOCAL NAME:
    Pasel

    SCIENTIFIC NAME:
    Butis butis

Philippines and East Africa to Fiji

    SIZE:
    15.0 cm

    DIET:
Carnivorous, eats mainly livefoods from fish, crustaceans to insects, may accept pellets and dry fish foods.

    NOTE:
This fish and other related species are considered brackish inhabitants but are flexible in terms of the water
salinity. Some keepers have had no problems with keeping them in pure fresh water but if you want the fish
to show its true colors, then you can add a little salt to the water.

    BREEDING:
    Unknown.

----------Below are two other related species-----------

    COMMON NAME:
    Olive flathead-gudgeon

    MANALILI/MAGALLANES NAME:
