i do understand how you feel when your company is being put on a test....but all im doing is just to put information regarding how your hr would conduct an interview..they should at least be courteous enough, just because they dont feel like doing the interview...they wouldnt give the applicant a change to speak up. hell, if they dont feel like doing the interview they should let other hr members do the interview and not blame it because its already lunch time...
