Nope, but there are a couple of locally branded motorcycles that have China made components but assembled in the Philippines and with some locally sources tires/accessories/etc.
Some "Philippine" brands I know of:
MCX - MCX Motor (Phils.), Inc.
Blaze - BLAZE MOTORTECH - HOME
