You don't want to clash, yet you utter words with such sarcasm and obvious personal intent. You, sir, contradict your own words.

2. Posts should be composed in such a manner that respects persons of all races, religions, cultures, and sexualities. No post may contain personal attacks, as they have no proper place in discussions. The purpose of this forum is to facilitate growth, not to belittle others. This also applies to Private Messages and the Shoutbox entries.

On the contrary TS, this is no mere childish fight or argument. Here is a situation wherein one member of the forum is deliberately using the ability to "run rings around" a topic and sprinkle personal attacks against another member of the forum, and getting away with it, and with such candor and ease that makes one wonder if he has been doing this for an extended period of time in this subforum, without proper and due reprimand. If this is the "usual" occurence in these threads then I would seriously ask the moderator of this thread, or the other moderators of this forum, to seriously re-evaluate this section and weed out this sort of activity/behaviour, which is being perpetrated by individuals who feel "comfy" to act however they see fit in this part of the board. Rest assured, your topic won't get closed, if proper and swift action is implemented.

I came into this topic because I found it interesting. It's just sad that it seems some individuals want to use it as a sanctuary to hurl distasteful statements against another individual who has expressed ideas and remarks that they dislike from a personal standpoint.

And again, in my previous post, I already went back to the topic. I shall repost it here.

the problem is that a lot of people have a hard time accepting the process of evolution, and some may argue that there HAS to be a designer and a "cause" to everything. the anthropic argument states that of the billions of planets in the universe, there is a minority of planets capable of producing life---and EARTH has got to be one of the minority.

I think this has been one of the better threads, most have been very respectful and thought out comments and exchanges. I for one hopes it stays open.
