The Orionids are peaking tonight. I prefer not to use the phrase "meteor shower" because at a rate of 20 per hour, it hardly counts as a shower, and people might get irked at me if they go out into the early morning sky tomorrow expecting a "Hollywoodish" meteor shower.
Still, those living outside Cebu City might catch a good number of meteors, including possible bolides (greenish fireballs). The moon is just 2 days old and trailing the sun so the sky's nice and dark.
Orion is near zenith at around 2:30 AM, so that's the best time to see the meteors.
All this, weather permitting, of course.
Incidentally, these meteors are remnants/debris/fragments off Halley's comet.
