    yeah good for 11 months ang contract but still subject to change for regular provided that you have impressive records like performance stats.. that's what HR informed me the 1st time they called me up. contractual ilang gi offer nko but eventually after interview the manager offered a regular position for me. ^_^

    @esprugodoys after how many months ka natawagan? hahaha then how much diay ang sweldo sa CSR? I hear mas ubos siya compared sa TSR?

    starting from the day i submitted my resume online... hmmmm... probably 2 months. 4 resumes n gd akong n pass nila before ko nila gitawagan. hehehe.. and sa sweldo im not exactly sure with it ky honestly lahi2x ug rate ang mga taw didto regardless of job tier / level. its the skills and knowledge mn gd ilang gibasihan...
