    anyway, back to the topic...

    if you really wanna give them a piece of your mind, don't call kay wala man jud na mabuhat ang agent. go to an innove/globe center, sa sm or ayala and do your complaints there. that's what i did. kay maayo jud nga empleyado nila imung kastorya. besides, you can always try threatening them with a lawsuit. part of you contract is that they provide you with internet service, which is something that they are not doing. idocument lang ang days nga down ang service. you can also go for the false advertising angle since cge man sila advertise nga "no downtime" kunuhay sila.

    if you're in the banawa area, i got to talk to a tech they sent to my house and what he said is that the reason nga cge kadisconnect dinhi sa among area is that the cabinet here is overloaded -- too many connections. i asked, why not install another cabinet since sige pa man ug advertise ang globe sa ilang service? wala xa katubag. cge xa ingun nga dugay na na nila cge ug ayu. the point is, why are they trying to fix it when fixing it won't solve the problem?

    that was the last straw for me. mga inutil na ang mga taga-globe, but we just can't put the blame on the techinicians and service reps. the ones nga taas na ug rank dinha, kanang gipang lawa-lawa ang mga utok, cge lang pangwarta - mao na sila ang dapat i-blame. i mean, what can their front-line do when the people who are supposed to make the decisions are *****s? last nga buwan na ni nako sa globe, switch na ko either pldt or bayantel.
