I just want to share my experiences with globelines customer service representatives.
1. If mutawag ka sa ilang system sometimes their pbx will not accept dtmf code. for example if you they will ask to press 1, it will not continue.. i tested it almost 5 landlines, in lapulapu city, in mandaue city and in the cebu provinces.
2. ang ilang customer service representatives mu hung up sa call. walay batasan!. Bisan wala pa mahuman ang conversation kay wala nay ikatubag ila ehung-up ang call? how damn d ba?
3. wala ko mubayad last oct 6 ang due date karon, cge pa sila panawag bisan nakahibaw sila na guba ang ilang serbisyo like our landline and internet. then i'll call their billing department to ask why they always do that na kabaw man sila na na guba permi ilang serbisyo. you want to know unsay gebuhat sa ilang CSR? iyang ge hung up ang call!....
4. cge sila ug advertise sa ilang serbisyo bisan dli na kaya sa ilang facilities thats why all people using globe, intermittent ang connection.
So, if you have another choice switch off your provider now.... Dont waste your money and time.. Don't let them dominate the philippine telecom industry..
