Need help on this, cant access since this pops out of my screen before the windows xp splash screen appears

"Windows could not start because the following file is missing or corrupt:
<Windows root>\system32\hal.dll.
Please re-install a copy of the above file."

im surfing now at netopia ayala since i cant use the laptop at home. need an immediate help. i know OS needs to be reinstalled but im looking for other options

i think corrupted imung OS.

mao naay mga dll errors so on and so forth

i recommend try another windows xp CD installer.

til it will solved your problem

using another pirated version pero nindot pagka burn.
