Actually, I am still working for CVG. So I will not have any idle time. Na curious langko coz this is my first application na I did not have to go through any exams, only two interviews. Though most call center companies have only two interviews, they also have many sets of exams unya sa LRDC, wala jud. That's why I was thinking that I did not make it. However, judging from your feedbacks, murag kita man tanan wala naka exam. hehehe ako kuyog kay first interview palang giingnan na na wait for their call then if dili sila mu call within next week, dili nalang mag hope kay la sila na shortlisted. Lahi man sa akong case kay na endorse paman ko to be interviewed by the customer service manager, si Aimee. Then, the interview went well man but at the end, she told me that LRDC lage daw does not hire dire.diretso. They will review the resumes pa daw, she told me man gani maau daw akong resume. But, mostly mangud when you are told that we will call you lang.. that means wala na.. pero lahi jud diay sil. I will wait for the call nalang.. hehehe
good to hear your story sis and God Speed. by the way i also came from that company. ^_^
ana jd n sila sis.. grabe r ba n sila mo C.I. so mas maayo jd if ma contact daun nila imong mga character references sa resume. and regarding exams, naa sila exam though it was an IQ test r mn. nothing technical or situational type of exam.

Why not hear from somebody who is working at Lexmark... me. Yes, para sa kadtong nangapply, just be patient coz Lexmark is very careful in choosing employees. If they tell you to wait, obviously, it does not mean Yes or No but Wait. Its been a common practice here in the Philippines that if companies tell you to expect a call after an interview, you really don't have to expect. Lexmark is different. What Lexmark is looking for is integrity not just skills because skills can be acquired through a lot of things like training. For an example, if mag integrity or background check sila and they found out nga callcenter hopper ka, gudluck nalang kay that will show that you cannot stay long sa usa ka company and Lexmark will always make sure that people will stay long with them.

So if dili mo makahulat, ayaw nalang mo pagexpect nga makadawat dayon mo ug clear Yes or No coz then again, integrity cannot be proven immediately unless proven by intensive background check. I even remembered those days nga nangapply pa ko, dihay ni anha sa amo neighbor doing a background check on me (mura bitaw kag nangapply ug loan, hehehe)

On the brighter side, Lexmark is ok with their hiring process. So far ok sila ana nga part.

THIS DOES NOT MEAN I AM NOW A HAPPY EMPLOYEE.

NOW, lets talk about the things I dislike now that I'm here:

    1. Job offer. I am not satisfied. If you are working in a call center and you are now in a level 2 position or higher, trust me, dako kaayo ug cut sa imo present salary coz their compensation package is not really that competitive compared to call centers as far as basic salary is concerned.
I was a Level 3 agent with E______e before and guess... my salary is just like 50% from my previous job. Diha lang kunuhay nila bawi-on sa benefits in which not everyone cannot avail.

    2. Workload. The reason why I gambled working here is because i thought it would be less pressure than working in a callcenter (as what everybody said), but it's not. It may appear that dili kaayo pressure at the beginning but unknowingly, hinayhinayan diay ka ug puno sa mga task to the extent na you will be rendering overtime almost everyday.

    3. "Overtime? Thank you!". In Lexmark, rendering overtime is discouraged. However, the nature of work you have will force you to render overtime, and if that happens.. "thank you!". Mas maayo pa sa callcenter kay bisan 30 minutes nga OT, naay bayad.

    4. CSSC department . It sucks (my apology for the language) I wondered why they, still, keep on hiring people for other positions when in fact, there are most of us who are performing tasks for 2 or 3 people. That's why we are forced to do "charity". Hello? Is there some sort of imbalance here? We already brought this up with strong, supporting data but they ignored it. Maybe daw nagtipid ang company. Now they are opening more positions! Great! Doesn't make any sense

Well, maybe na atol lang cguro ko sa bati nga department coz I can still see other people happy with their job. But for me, I HATE MY JOB!

So for those who knows a lot of good or bad things about it, it's your discretion and good luck!

i dont know what happened to my reply on this but... the bottom line sis.... find another job than suffer. why force yourself to work in a place wherein you can practically look for another one that suits your comfort.

    1. why did you sign the job offer if you are not really satisfied at all in the first place?

    2. if you cant bear the stress anymore then perhaps somebody else would be willing to take ur spot.. why not give the chance...

    3. are you TL? coz if you are, it is part of your job. did you hear your manager complain like you do with their workload? remember spiderman said..... "With great power comes with GREAT responsibility"

    4. dats what i heard of CSSC.. if it never worked for that person whom you reached out with your sentiments, then look for another one who you think is capable of addressing it.. initiative.. sometime's we have to yell or shout just to be heard... but hey... dont take it literally...

Hate your job? That job is not for you then perhaps... i dont mean to disrespect you sis but i just want to highlight some practical views that i think should be realized from your post...
