@Vip, Yup mahal kaau ang focal, pero layu ra kaau ang tingog sa focal compare to bose, and yes 2.1 ra cya pero sa review g ingon kay mas nice pa cya sa B&W ug sound and if dli man mas nice, kay mka compete na cya sa b&W... No space na akong table for 5.1 speakers gyud... and my walls dli nsad pwede. mao na mao rana akong gpang pilian, but I try to find another alternative pa sad...

balhin diay nimo laing lugar imo computer bro nya extension cables etc. that would help para inkaso sad mag gamay lugar pwede raman sad nimo i stack sa front tanan speakers.

Well, its really up to you if you think the sound quality is worth the $600.

I'm cuirrently using M-Audio Studiophile LX4 2.1 nga system. This is more of a near field reference speaker than a room filling system. Got this for $249 around a year ago when it was still available.
The bass on this isn't boomy like the klipsch and logitech so people looking for earth shaking bass should look elsewhere.


Unsa diay ang imong kailangan in a 2.1 speaker setup?

Accurate ang reproduction sa sound? Room filling / Powerful? , Tight Heavy Bass?



One thing with the really nice speakers is you can tell if low bit-rate ang mp3.. you'll need to listen to 192kb or higher na kay you will hear the lack of fidelity in the 128kb encoded music. When you test the speakers, make sure the source audio is good or else the speaker will not be able to perform to its full potential.

Also, you'll start to notice other instruments you weren't able to hear on the other speakers. The bose comes close to exposing the other instruments pero it really lacks the precision and fidelity offered by better systems.

@Vip, Yup ako g compare ang 2 ka speakers, companion 5 VS Focal kay naay daghan dri sa Spain, pwerteng layua gyud sa tingog... tanan instruments mu gawas ang tingog, even my wife dli kaau into sound sa speakers, nka compare gyud cya sa diff... ang focal, dli kaau cya kusug ug bass, but ok rana nako, kay pwede raman ma usab ang settings sa sub gud sa EQ or sa sub control, and the looks of it, mas ganahan sad ko sa focal... But mao lagi mahal sad gyud... Naa mankoy altec 641, pero dli nako ganahan kay dako ra kaau ang sub, kay 2 subs manto akong altec gud... then dli nsad nako mabahlhin d ay akong pc kay wala nakoy lain place ma balhinan... mao na 2.1 nalang akong setup buhatun kay naa man sad koy JBL nga Home theater pero I dont wanna use that, coz its too loud ra for gaming nako and sometimes mu use sad akong wife sa JBL tanaw ug movies... But yep up to me ra gyud na, pero ibog kaau ko sa focal gud... pero duha2x lang ko asa akong gus2 kay i wanna make sure nga unsa gyud mas maau sa duha, pero I think ill go for Focal nalang...
