well this need to be investigated by intel and its partner manufacturers..
most likely sad-an ang Intel ani because ang mga manufacturers are strictly following the Technical and manufacturing specifications based nga ki hatag sa intel.
do you know that INTEL engineers are always present in all mafcturing companies nga nag manufature sa chipsets O_O .... just to check and oversee the manuacturing and quality control of these things.
but i might be wrong because this is a different style... intel provides the chipset architecture while the different subcontractors manufacuture piece by peice every single component.. they can even make their own version of non reference design mobos basta maka pasar lang sa intel specs.
like the evolution of the first generation P45 chipsets to the specialized ones with uber OC capability
like eg. Foxconn----> they make the SATA slots ide slots or anything plastic sa mobo
