    kay ako, giingnan mn ko na wait for our call and ni-advice pa na d lng sa daw moresign... thought it was negative but dili mn negative ang dating sa pagkasulti sa ako 2nd interviewer...

    same as for me.. nag motto sd ko ana oi. i submitted 4 or 5 resumes online and waited for weeks before sila ni tawag nko. and me as a worker wise enough to balance the situation, applied for another job while waiting... at least im still earning while waiting.. pg tawag nila nko, sunod2x n daun ilang mga appointments gi set. dali r gyd kaau. in fact, akong application was fast tracked pra mka sugod n daun ko. nag trabaho ko nga wala k submit ug sss, bir, and the likes.. ilang medical r gyd tawn akong n pass.. hahahaha... depende r jd n sa atong diskarte sa kinabuhi... ^_^

    bonggang bongga... for now, ngwait nuon ko sa first sa ila call then wala man so, niadto nalang ko sa jobfair.. so after sa jobfair, wala pa man sila call, apply lang sa sa lain...

    yes, mique... naa gyud. three of my friends who went there earlier than me we're told na kulang ra ilang experience. wa sd koi sure kung unsa ila work experiences. but as far as I know, wla sila callcenter experience.

    if so.. ngano kami nga more than 3 years na sa call center industry wala man gihapon, puro raman paasa.. wala na lang gi diritso ba..

    lisod mana bro kng diritsohay gd. if that way works for you then not for the rest. if i were you, if gusto jd ka ug dirtisohon ka pag storya nila sa feedback why not ask and force them to tell you bluntly the truth. having said it that way, implies that the company is giving respect to those who are not qualified for the open job positions they have.. ^_^

Lexmark is not a typical call center nga paspas ang hiring ky paspas pd ilang attrition rate. it's not like that at all. if you really feel that you did not do well on the interview, then why not look for another while you wait. in that way you wont have an idle time.

    Actually, I am still working for CVG. So I will not have any idle time. Na curious langko coz this is my first application na I did not have to go through any exams, only two interviews. Though most call center companies have only two interviews, they also have many sets of exams unya sa LRDC, wala jud. That's why I was thinking that I did not make it. However, judging from your feedbacks, murag kita man tanan wala naka exam. hehehe ako kuyog kay first interview palang giingnan na na wait for their call then if dili sila mu call within next week, dili nalang mag hope kay la sila na shortlisted. Lahi man sa akong case kay na endorse paman ko to be interviewed by the customer service manager, si Aimee. Then, the interview went well man but at the end, she told me that LRDC lage daw does not hire dire.diretso. They will review the resumes pa daw, she told me man gani maau daw akong resume. But, mostly mangud when you are told that we will call you lang.. that means wala na.. pero lahi jud diay sil. I will wait for the call nalang.. hehehe
