in 5 months i gained 9 lbs
from 110 to 119
just last month i didn't eat rice in all 3 meals, brkfst,lunch,dinner
and i8n less than a month, i lost 4 lbs
from 119 to 115
Lost 30 lbs in 4 months.
sure mulang.. pero magdepend jud ni sa imo lifestyle ug unsa ka ka porsigido sa pagpadaot...
dali ra man paslim... i suggest do some exercise, jogging will do nya pugong jud sa imo kaon.. imporante well balanced diet.. less carbo, more protein... bananas will also do great.. pakisearch sa banana craze sa japan for diet, effective sad to..![]()
ako ani unsaon kaha.. no time for exercise, ga lisod ko ug diet...lelx...
problema nako akng pagdakoas in ning gain jud kog weight.. a friend asked me if im preggy kay nanambok daw ko

.. now im doing a 1-hour exercise daily and cutting my food intake, like 1 cup of rice per day nlang ko; veggies and/or fish ang preferred sud-an ug tubig lng for dinner or biscuit (magic flakes) kung gutumon; im still on my 2nd day.. hopefully mulahutay

30lbs nawala nako in seven months. from 170lbs to 140 currently.
my target weight would be 130 lbs. i'm confident i can achieve it before 2010
gi unsa nako?: proper food selection, weight training, drink plenty of H2O & long hours of sleeping time
ako from 180lbs kay 135lbs nlng ko..
exercise ra ko .. and weights... hehe..
