Is it possible to make the voices in a video louder and to mute the other sounds?

naa may option ang Media Player Classic to normalize the volumes in videos para sakto sakto ra gyud iyang volume. then you can also "boost" the volume by going to File > Option > Filter > Audio Decoders. naa ang option diha to normalize the volume and also to boost it.

pero kung imo pasabot kay imo i edit ang volumne sa video gyud, ambot wla nako kuybaw.
