thats the problem.. sobra kadako ila sweldo pero kulang pa sila sa maturity...

what if ma wala sila as trabaho then mapugos sila trabaho nga lesser ang sweldo? it would be culture shock for them..
(sa pagsolve ani nga delimma murag wala ko idea how)

luoy bya sila.. mas nindut jud ng moagi sa sila og lisud... kay kung mkatilaw na sila dugo og singot, dha na sila mka start og grow...

necessity is the mother of invention....

a large paycheck is a double edge sword... it may get you many things but it will hinder your personal growth.. you will lose your creativity and initiative..

    self righteousness is also dangerous....

why hit on these call center agents?

    why judge their maturity?

in the first place what is the purpose of the thread? if purpose is encouragement, then why naman tawn mang judge naman sa maturity sa mga tao? anyone claiming to be more mature compared to call center agents?

i think this is overboard...self righteous... and looking down on other peoples profession is a sad picture.....

respeto lang unta...coz lots of call center agents are viewing here to learn sa business section and here they see are looked down. . . c'mon it ABC how they would react...

    @CKristine08..kudos to your piece...appreciate the way you explain below. . . .

Sakto. Daghan man call center agents diri nga nag tan-aw ani nga section because naa na sila natigum sa ilang sweldo and they'd want to start their own business or to become self-employed.

And sa katong previous nga ni post nga ang mga call center agents dagkog utang, do you think katong uban mga employees nga wala sa call center nag work walay utang?

Nya unsa man gyud purpose ani nga thread? Nganung geared or against man kaayo paminawon sa nag work sa call center? "Any Business" is better than your call center job? Sigurado ka ani?

considering sa kadako sa sweldo sa call center agents.. makes you wonder why mangutang pa sila for personal purposes... its becuase these guys are prime targets to loan brokers.. kinsa man nindut pautangon, ang gamay sweldo o and dako sweldo? another factor beyond our control is lifestyle.. marketeers promote lavish lifestyle for call center agents so that they will be spending more... its not about from which industry you come from, its about how prime you are for consumer spending..

in the end. no matter what is your source of income, it all boils down to your maturity if you either rise or fall..

any business is certainly better than any job in terms of money generated versus time invested.. (except the illegal businesses) but dont confuse self-employment with business...

Its human characteristic, it does not only apply to Filipinos but to other race as well.

I only hope we refrain from racist comment here. BE POLITICALLY MATURE!

Based lang sa ako mabasahan diri, lain2x jud ug mindset.

Anyways, that is why not all people can be successfull. It depends upon the decision of each person.
As for me I have already decided to become wealthy.

That is why not everybody can become somebody because of the mindset.

Becoming wealthy is just a matter of decision and declaration, not luck.

I'm a believer of "Law of Attraction" and "Law of large numbers".

"Law of Large numbers" if I flip a coin thrice, I could get all heads of all tails but if I flip 10 times, there is a probability of heads or tails.

So, out of 10 people there is a chance that 1 of out of 10 people has a business mentality. If the person says "No" then go next.

You are a true believer of on LAW OF LARGE NUMBERS... i bet you will prosper in MLM. are you a member of UNO? if not, join them

These successful business people doesn't complain even if how big is the cost to pay. But compare it to ordinary employee, gamay lang gani ipa trabaho dayon cge bagulbol. Get my point?
NO, I did not get your point!
where did you get your facts that MOST FILIPINOS THINK THAT WEALTHY PEOPLE ARE BAD? sa tv? if that's the case, you disgust me.

IF YOU STILL DON'T KNOW, businessman are not movitated because of the thought that they provide jobs... that is contrary to capitalism boy! businessman are profit driven people.

Big and successful businessman complain too... incase you don't know, or you're not in that level yet. I'll cite an example: i work in a call center as a Jr. Management (Team Lead), if our numbers are so f*ck up, we get get criticized by our Operations Manager, our Manager in turn gets the same by our Program Director, that goes on up to the OWNER.
How did i know this?... they told us on our quarterly business report. hmmm
