Lain2x ra jud ug level of mindsetting ang employee vs business person sa?
Based lang sa ako mabasahan diri, lain2x jud ug mindset.

Anyways, that is why not all people can be successfull. It depends upon the decision of each person.
As for me I have already decided to become wealthy.

That is why not everybody can become somebody because of the mindset.

Becoming wealthy is just a matter of decision and declaration, not luck.

I'm a believer of "Law of Attraction" and "Law of large numbers".

"Law of Large numbers" if I flip a coin thrice, I could get all heads of all tails but if I flip 10 times, there is a probability of heads or tails.

So, out of 10 people there is a chance that 1 of out of 10 people has a business mentality. If the person says "No" then go next.

tanan businessmen very good in math... hehehe

a businessman must also be very good in public speaking...

skill with the english language is not a measure.. daghan maau mo english pero nonsense ra ang storya..

maybe what you mean is effective speaking and effective communication?

now the question is; have you provided your employees the basic benefits like the sss, gsis, health insurance (500k per annum) etc?

As for me, i decided to be happy, i have a small farm lot which i can always attend to, i have a little savings. I intend to be self sufficient and not a burden to somebody else nor to the government.

I am happy to see my siblings in school, graduate and one day be successful in their choosen profession.
for me, happiness is not measured by the amount of cash you have in the bank, the number of business you created, the number of employees you employ and pay.

Happiness for me is the fulfillment and contentment in oneself. If your happiness is more money.. then i respect that.

I don't like the complexities of life and the rat race in the city.

I maybe what you call a typical PROMDI. As i've said, I have a small farm lot, one day I will raise chickens, a fishpond for tilapia, a rice paddies, grow fruit trees, some pigs probably, and buy a pick up truck. And fulfill my childhood dream.. to own a horse. That way i will be self sufficient.

I also planned to build an ecologically friendly home, harness sun's energy for electricity, recycle rain water... How will I achieve all of this? as what amorsolox said "naa ra na sa diskarte" and if you don't like my plan, i really don't care.

I already achieved half of it, thanks to call center, as of the moment, what's lacking is the pick up truck, the house and most of all the horse.

to the businessmen here, continue with what you are doing and respect your employees as they are the ones who feed you.

natural.. you cant employ somebody without them.. its illegal if dili nimu sila hatagan ana.. ako pa gani nag educate sa ila bout sss and philhealth.. luoy bya huna2xon nga daghan sa ato kababayan wala kasabot ani..

500k per annum is only coverage, thats the insurance company's responsibility.. di man kaau mahal ang premium sa health insurance... (sa ako standards ha para sa ako employees)
