Any Business Is Better Than Your Call Center Job

as to the TS and other peeps either call center agents or employees, or businessmen in their own right i must say we all have our own opinions and for sure each one of us is entitled to our own opinion.

i agree with you on this and therefore, businessman don't have to brag that they are more nationalistic and patriotic since they create jobs? hellowww. i've been in the streets long enough to know what nationalism and patriotic means.

asa man ang english nasud sa equation in business? wala db? if you are good in math then you indeed have a long way to go... kato maayo ug english sa skul or karon..daku2x og possibility hina2x sad og math...

on this i humbly disagree, while english is not a requirement of being a good businessman, still its an advantage to oneself, after all english is widely use. the same is true about math. infact those who are VERY GOOD in math didn't venture into business, they enjoyed solving those difficult mathematical equations, rather than counting money or simply put BASIC ADDITION AND SUBTRACTION. Good in math is an advantage if you venture into business, yes. but you don't have to be good in math to be a successful businessman.

I also disagree that those who are good in english are challenge in math.. this simply does not hold water and totally off tangent. I need not elaborate.

i must say before we even throw stones at other people we might see ourselves first and instead of exchanging too much stuff here, bragging pla income, sweldo, unsaý napalit or na ipundar... would it make a lot of sense of we talk stuff that will help the istoryans and other guests who accidentally dropped by in this thread na naa pud sila makat-unan and to weigh their options before even considering doing one?

YOU ARE 101% CORRECT... and this should be address first to the TS, a businessman who is totally devoid of sensitivity to the working class which is ironic since he has employees.. i wonder what he's smoking?

there are children whose parents are very successful businessman and they are raise to follow the footsteps of their parents yet some siblings choose the road that is less traveled. why? he has his own reason and we cannot blame him. we can convince him but we cannot force him.

the same is true nga naa say uban nga negosyante nga nibalik pag pang-empleyo and we cannot blame them.. THEY HAVE THEIR OWN REASON.

amen to you bro.. im glad that we have common ground.. money is not the source of happiness.. but poverty will most likely deny us and our kababayan a fruitfull life..

all businessman has the responsibilty of fostering growth of his/her employees.. if he/she doesnt.. he/she is plain greedy.. and i hope he will not last long coz he gives businesspeople a bad name..

i believe in the power of mindsetting and education.. but like cirext wrote.. people open their eyes when theyre challenged.. negative comments are most welcome coz they are an indication that somebody with an active mind is reading.. 6 years nako nag work sa call center, dli nalang ko agent run. I don't have anything against starting a business kay kami mismo naa mi negosyo sa amu family.

Pero, nganu CALL CENTER man? Nganu gitawag man ninyu nga gamay na ang 18k/month? Starting basic pay naman lang ni sa call center agent and wala pay labot sa allowance. ikaw TS, naa man kaha ka negosyo. pila man ang starting basic pay sa imung impliyado? 18k pud? mayo pa mag negosyo nalang pud sila og ila kaysa mag trabaho nimu. pero asa man silag capital? gamay man ilang sweldo.

Like me, naa ko mga kauban sa call center nga tungod sa ilang sweldo (nga ingon uban gamay) sa pagka call center agent naka tukod og ilang business. naa ko kauban nga nag tukod og abanganan. naa ko kauban nga naa nay 2 buisnesses tungod sa call center. pero naa gihapon sila nag trabaho diri. matud pa nila, kung mag salig lang sila sa ilang sweldo sa lain nga trabaho nila before, dli gyud sila maka negosyo.

So unsa may naka bati anang mag call center agent? mayo pa, dli nalang mag nurse diri sa pinas, mag maestra, mag teller sa banko, or unsa panang empleyado dira kay mas gamay man og sweldo. ako uyab naa sa banko, subra 9 hours sa office. ako, ig human sa oras gawas na. naa pa extra time sa tindahan.

like sa uban post diri, kana inyu nailhan nga naa sa call center kasagaran ana nila man gud mga batan-on. wala pa kibaw sa tinood value sa money bah.

kasabot ko sa TS pero dli lang pud nga murag against kayo sa call center agent.
