of com'on! overkill ra ng sa taas.

8GB of RAM? do you know XP, Vista and even Windows 7 max out at 4GB RAM? unless you will use the 64-bit OS version.

regarding CPU, most games doesn't take advantage of quad cores, you're fine with a Core2Duo if you're in tight budget. sadly, very rare na ang E8400. hayz..

in hdd, doesnt matter the size, it varies with your needs, important is its a sata 3gb. samot mukusog if magraid ka.

sa video card, any with a 512mb to 1gb ram na ddr4 or higher and 256bit, kusog na kaau na.

yeah if your planning to play games last year. if your planning to build a pc right now and you have a decent budget go for i7 na dretso or bettter yet wait for i9 den prices drop for i7 den you buy i7 with 6gb of triple channel. nya gtx285 na video card could be lesser around that time too. or if not ATI HD 4890. that way max out your settings while playing and get very good frame rates

and also why use 32bit windows 7? 64bit is the way to go from now on.
